Frequently asked questions

1. Select your card type: Visa or MasterCard.
2. In the field “Name”: indicate your surname and first name as it appears on your payment card (you don’t need to add your title).
3. In the field “credit card number”: indicate the 16 figures that appear on the front of your card, without spaces.
4. In the “Security code” field, enter the last 3 figures of the serial number printed on the back of your card. The security code represents all of the figures for bank card transaction security and which provide increased protection against the fraudulent use of payment cards.
5. Indicate the expiry date of your card by selecting the month and year in the scroll-down list.
6. Once your bank data has been entered, click on “Pay my order”. You accept therefore the General Conditions of Sale. You can register your bank card by checking the box “Register my card” for your future orders. You can manage the registration of your cards from My Account.

Your bank details are encrypted (SSL mode) and are neither known nor stored by Nutreov.

It is not possible to pay on delivery. Only the payment methods indicated are available for purchasing our products.

We have two payment methods:

• Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Paypal

The other payment methods (cheques, cash, bank transfers) are not accepted.

PayPal is an on-line payment service which allows a business or user with an e-mail address to send or receive payments on line in a practical, secure and low-cost manner. To pay for your order by Paypal, please follow the following steps:

1.    Select the PayPal payment method to be redirected to your PayPal account.
2.    Identify yourself then confirm your payment.
3.    Once your payment is confirmed, you will automatically be redirected to www.nutreov.mycoqpit.fr to finalise your order.
