Use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general conditions of use as described below. These conditions of use are subject to modification or addition at any time, users of the website are therefore advised to check them regularly.

Users can normally access this website at any time. Laboratoires Noreva may, however decide to interrupt the service for technical maintenance reasons, in which case it will make every effort to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.</p>

All of the information indicated on the website is provided for information purposes only and may be subject to change. Moreover, the information provided on the website is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to any amendments that may have been made since it was put on line.

Laboratoires Noreva can neither be held liable for indirect damages (such as for example loss of business or loss of opportunity) following use of the website .

Laboratoires Noreva reserves the right to delete, without prior formal notice, any content in the area that contravenes the applicable legislation in France, and in particular the provisions relating to data protection. In France, personal data is in particular protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

The following may be collected when using the website the URL internet addresses of the links via which the user accesses this website the user’s ISP, and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

Regardless of the circumstances, Laboratoires Noreva only collects the personal data of users for the purpose of certain services offered on the website . The user provides this information in full possession of the facts, notably when it is entered by the user personally. Users of the website are notified about whether or not provision of such information is mandatory..

The website is not declared in the CNIL as it does not collect personal data.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1st July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
