How do I create an account?

Log on to www.nutreov.mycoqpit.fr. Click on “My Account” then on “Create my account”. Complete your personal information then confirm your registration .
Having an account provides you with a number of advantages:

  • Your personal information (delivery address, invoicing, e-mail, telephone, etc.) is registered. For future orders, you won’t be required to complete it again.
  • You can manage your orders.
  • You will get the full advantages of our loyalty programme.

You can modify your personal information directly on-line or delete it by contacting our Customer Relations Department.

How do I modify my personal information?

Log onto your account by clicking in the “My Account” section. Once connected, log on to “Personal Information”. Carry out the desired modification, then click on “Modify”.

How do I save my personal information?

This information is strictly confidential and will only be used to deal with your requests (invoicing, delivery). This information is not shared or resold under any circumstances. In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, users are informed that they have a right of access, correction, deletion and non-use of the personal data concerning them.

How do I delete my account?

To proceed with the deletion of your account, we invite you to send your request to the Customer Relations Department (nutreovetmoi@noreva.com) specifying the reason for your decision. If your e-mail address is no longer valid or if you have moved home, there is no need to delete your account: you simply have to amend this data in the “personal information” section.

Is it necessary to create an account when I place an order?

There are two possibilities offered to you:

  • Create an account if you don’t have one. Having an account provides you with numerous advantages: your personal information (delivery address, invoicing, e-mail, telephone, etc.) is registered. For future orders, you won’t be required to complete it again. You will get the full advantages of our loyalty programme.
  • Order without creating an account.
    Your personal information will not be registered and you will not have access to the loyalty programme.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Log onto www.nutreov.mycoqpit.fr. Click on “My Account” then on the “Forgotten password” link. Enter your registration e-mail address so that we can send you your password. If you receive this e-mail, check your Spam box or contact our Customer Relations Department (nutreovetmoi@noreva.com).
