Eschscholtzia californica, also called “Californian poppy” naturally contains californidin, an alcaloid which plays a role in the regulation of the biological clock, and promotes relaxation conducive to sleep, which is non addictive.

Precautions of use
DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children and adolescents who are still growing, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contains hawthorn, taking this supplement is not recommended alongside digoxin based medicines. In general, the consumption of dietary supplements combined with medication must be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist. Consume preferably before the date indicated on the pack. Store in a cool and dry place and do not expose to sunlight. Keep out of the reach of young children.
