Is it possible to dilute the stick in a glass of water or mix it with yoghurt?
It is possible to take the stick mixed in yoghurt or in a glass of water but it should be taken in one go to receive the benefits of the recommended dose.
What is the Vitamin C concentration of Magné control® Stress Vitality?
Magné control® Stress Vitality is dosed at 20 mg of vitamin C supplied by concentrated juice of acerola.
