Innovative, effective and safe, our products are formulated with rigorously selected ingredients:
-
Vitamin D3 - Immunity (1)
Vitamin D3 is involved in cell multiplication, particularly of defence cells. It thus contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
-
Zinc (2)
Zinc is a trace element involved in many enzymatic reactions and plays an important role in the development of the body’s defence cells. It contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system.
-
Vitamin D3 - Bones and teeth (3)
Through its conversion into calcitriol, vitamin D3 contributes to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the blood, enabling the formation and maintenance of bone health.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Vitamin D3 is synthesized by the body when the skin is exposed to the sun’s ultraviolet rays (primarily UVB rays). With 15 to 20 minutes of sun exposure per day, you can ensure you get an adequate daily intake of vitamin D3.
During high-risk periods (viral outbreaks, winter, pollen season), for growing children, for those with bone and/or muscle weakness, and for people who can no longer get enough sun exposure.
Vitamin D3 is found in fatty fish such as salmon, egg yolks, dark chocolate, butter, and certain mushrooms such as chanterelles.
Zinc is found primarily in meat, organ meats, cheese, legumes, fish, and seafood.
Indeed, some populations are at greater risk, notably newborns, infants, pregnant women, as well as individuals with medium or dark skin, for whom the synthesis of this vitamin through sun exposure is less effective. Moreover, elderly people are particularly affected by a lack of vitamin D3 due to a decreased ability of the body to synthesize or absorb this vitamin. Therefore, for these individuals, controlled supplementation with vitamin D3 may be beneficial.
