Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in the human body and is essential to its proper functioning. Among other things, it contributes to energy production, helps reduce fatigue, promotes electrolyte balance, and contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B6 is essential for the production of various neurotransmitters or hormones: serotonin, dopamine, adrenaline, noradrenaline. It thus contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Marine Magnesium oxide and Magnesium carbonate – Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydromellasse, croscarmellose sodium – Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate – Thickener: Sodium alginate – Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – Colouring: Indigotine – Vitamin B9 or folic acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
Take 1 tablet per day in the morning at breakfast or in the evening at bedtime, with a large glass of water. For at least 1 month. Repeat as often as necessary.

According to ANSES, the recommended daily intake of magnesium is 300 mg for women and 380 mg for men. In certain cases (pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause, intense exercise, aging), our magnesium needs increase and can rise to as much as 600 mg per day.
