Adults and children from age 6: 1 spray in each nostril up to 3 times a day.

Contains d-limonene, geraniol and citral, which are naturally present in balsam fir and Eucalyptus radiata essential oils. For hygiene reasons and to prevent the transmission of pathogens, this bottle must not be used by more than one person. Discard 3 months after first opening. Store in a cool, dry place. It is advisable to consult your doctor if you are taking medical treatment.
