Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in the human body and is essential to its proper functioning. Among other things, it contributes to energy production, helps reduce fatigue, promotes electrolyte balance, and contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B6 (2)
Vitamin B6 is essential for the production of various neurotransmitters or hormones: serotonin, dopamine, adrenaline, noradrenaline. It thus contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Stabiliser: glycerol – Seawater concentrate rich in marine magnesium (marine magnesium chloride and sulphate) – Water – Flavourings – Colouring: caramel E150b – Sweetener: sucralose – Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Take 1 to 2 vials per day. If 1 vial: 1 in the morning or 1 at bedtime with a large glass of water.
If 2 vials: 2 in the morning or 1 in the morning and 1 at bedtime with a large glass of water. For at least 1 month. The course can be repeated as often as necessary. A slight deposit in the vial is natural; shake before use.
