Linseed (1)
Our linseed oil, concentrated in omega 3, is free from any source of natural or synthetic hormones such as lignans. It helps limit menopause-related discomfort.

Vitamin E is a major antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin D3 (3)
Through its conversion into calcitriol, vitamin D3 increases calcium and phosphorus levels in the blood, enabling the formation and maintenance of bone health.

Linseed oil Linum usitatissimum L. (non-EU) – Shell: bovine gelatine – Dry extract of bitter orange Citrus aurantium L. – Stabiliser: glycerol – Thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471) – Dry extract of grape Vitis vinifera L. – Emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin – Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) – Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Take 1 capsule per day in the morning at breakfast with a large glass of water. The dose can be doubled if necessary, i.e. 2 capsules at breakfast.
