No, ToniBoost Energizing does not contain any caffeine. In fact, the taurine in this dietary supplement acts as an energizer. When combined with caffeine, it produces a stimulating effect, which is not the intended purpose of this product.
It is entirely possible to take ToniBoost Energizer as a single dose for an immediate boost—for example, the morning after a night out. You can also take it as a one-month course, with one tablet per day, for prolonged effects.
